Loss of frame rate

Hey got a problem I have only ran into in the last two weeks or so.  I can logon to the game and I start off with frame rates in the mid 40's or mid 30's.  I sometimes can reach the low 50's.  However, about 3-4 minutes in my frame rate drops to 2-4 and stays that way for a few minutes then goes back to the rates I had when I first logged on.  I have tried changing video settings, adjusting processes, reinstalled the game back to the basics, I even downloaded game booster to help but nothing has worked.  Has or is anybody else have or had this problem?  In addition, what specific data would you need to troubleshoot this as I am at a loss.

I can already say Skuzz will ask for a DxDiag.  So to save him some time, post the first third or so here.

To run: Start>Run (or the search bar for Windows 7/Vista) "Dxdiag" then hit "Save all info" and copy/paste everything down to and including "Sound Capture Devices" here.  Make sure you don't have anything open that wouldn't have open when playing AH when running this.

Should show us some ideas as to any hardware related issues, if any.

I was going to say, I bet the Variance (Network Status) line in the graph is also bouncing like a yo-yo.  Your description indicates your computer is off doing other things which is causing the slow down/reduce frame rates.

With Vista, it could be a million things causing it.  You just need to get a handle on the background processes running on the computer.  A network DOS attack will also cause similar results.
