If you look carefully you can see the clamp on the right rear and the position of the pintle match the T-34/85 in the game.

After the tank surfaced, it turned out to be a trophy tank, that had been captured by the German army in the course of the battle at Sinimaed (Blue Hills) about six weeks before it was sunk in the lake. Altogether, 116 shells were found on board. Remarkably, the tank was in Good Condition, with NO RUST, and ALL SYSTEMS (except the engine) in working condition.

That is truly amazing. 62 years in a pond and it is still in that good condition. Reminds me of the B-29 found in Greenland called the Kee-Bird that was found in remarkably good condition.

peat moss has repeatedly been proven to be a superb preservative under certain conditions. Archeologists continue to find interesting artifacts in Europe thousands of years old under a layer of peat, so 62years ain't that long...relatively speaking. Cool find on the P-39. Rear engine? "I did not know that".

Yes Everyone noticed that. The tank was most probably captured during the active fighting, used until all the ammo was gone, or....., then dumped to keep the Nazi's from getting it back.
