Does your Vox suck with new patch? Post here!

With the Miles reinstated, all players sound very muffled & tinny to me.  Very bad quality.  Anyone else?  I'd like to see how widespread it is.

I found it tinny and muffled as you say..almost retro...however I found it easier to hear and understand people..even over all other noises...it also seemed even for all players not the usual one soft..next one blasting my eardrums....

So I spose for me it doesn't suck...vehicle noises are much more defined to me and the ricochet sound is sweet

Game sounds are a lot more defined on my system. Of course I have things like enhancers and equilizers on my end so even if it did sound 'tinny' as you say I could reshape it.

Vox from other players seems to 'clip' (get cut off short or long) more and I noticed even mine was clipped a little in a film. HTC will get it all ironed out.

VOX??? psscchh I can't even get into the game to here someones VOX after that last update. It totally screwed it up for me.

Yup, vox now sounds muddy.  All in game sounds are fine though.  Realtec Audio device.

I am getting that too.  Get on a cons six and s/he warping all over.

From the patch notes.

Switched back to the Miles Sound System and fixing bugs associated with that.

I understand that to mean that they've enabled the Miles Sound system again so they can start tracking down the bugs with it and fixing them.  Hopefully now they can track down the problem and get vox working as normal.

lost my vox 2 times tonight and the volume is a bit irritating but i have faith that HTC will
work it all out.
   didn't stop the t@rds from PMing me and crying like little girls.
guess we cant fix that.
