That's not a bug. That's called summer vacation.

 Very few issues here other than losing others on vox once but for the first time ever the .resetv command actually worked and and all was well for the most part.  Did keep hearing a constant clicking when others talked, maybe secret code being transmitted in the background of the transmissions?

My vox and sounds were crap.  I restarted my puter and did some work on the mixing in windows, and everything sounds better than ever.

I vote re-reverting back to the normal sound system again and maybe this time test the Miles sound heavily before bringing it online. I am tired of being a chipmunk on speed over the vox. Oh and that bumble bee noise is annoying.

Just so everyone understands there are 2 things that have changed that are separate issues.

1. We went to the miles sound system.

2. We switched to a voxware compressor.

The 2 issues of voice or general sound changes are different issues.

Yes I'm having the same Vox issues as everyone else. Sometimes it sounds like everyone is on helium and then you just loose it and get beeps and static.

Vox is not right - hard to describe as it seems to change - depending on who is talking , squaddies sound like on helium ( has started much inner squad humor) other players unable to understand at times. I'm running USRangers sound pack any issues there? PS nice Check Six calls Ranger LMAO first time I heard it )

I've had to turn my Global Sound volume to (I'd guess) about 10% just so I can hear vox without blasting my ears off with the normal game sounds.  Other than vox quality/volume, my other game sounds are fine.

I think everyone sounds Nasally with the new vox system. As for general sounds I don't notice a difference, but I expect there have been no major changes implemented as of yet.
