MEMORIAL FIGHT FOR VEGA THIS TUESDAY NIGHT

EVERYONE who knows about it...certainly will.  but as someone suggested...not everyone reads this board...and TT being what it is...I am fairly certain people who do not know will indeed think it's a mass mission and take their shots.  I'll be there and certainly inform as many rooks in the air as I can.

additionally...too bad we cannot use the red/white/blue smoke trails that are provided in the training arena.

Maybe one of the mods can type it out on country and not to fire on anyone...... that should cover the ones not reading the forums.  Or just take the ability to fire anything for an hour completely out.

Bet there will be at least 1 window licker that will do it no matter what......

I have seen pretty big memorial flights outside the MA.. for a good reason.
IMHO MA is not a very good place for that kind of thing. You can't keep everyone away from shooting down some buffs, and then you have exactly that kind of stuff happening what you really never want to see at such an event.

For many players, that's just a bunch of targets waiting to provide some kills.  A big, slow darbar attracts attention. And the trouble begins the very moment someone is just starting to shoot.

  to Vega I am Sorry For All the Vi's And Vi No 1 Sdrn Would Have Been There If we checked the forums reaguarly our symphanies to his family and freinds We  them And Hope they can be brave to over come this tragedy and he is a big loss to online flight sims. my fondest memory is of when i was a rookie 2 years back an still had a numbers name i was rtb in a p47 on fire and he said hey 300 you got a barbie going there where's my invite. i shall always remember that. And may i say i feel like we have lost a family member here.

Also i would like to ask ace high team to make a separate arena with Vega's Best And favourite maps and call it Vega's World.

i would like that as im sure a few other's would aswell

  Vega and his loved ones.  As XO of 358th Daybreakers, and member of Memphis Belle, I would like to pass on our condolences to all of his squadmates.  I personally will be on the road, but will make it a point to stop the truck and pay a personal respect for our brother.

  Whenever we pass a cloud in AH, he will be flying with us, along with some pretty good company

Salute VEGA, RIP. I was going to the memorial flight but was shoot down near A1 by Sputniks and informed him of what he did, where I was going (DAH), and to read the message board. His reply, ahhhhhh, have AH take my points away.  What an A-hole. I wish I could have made the flight.  VEGA

Shooter3 shot down 7 memorial flight B-17s (what a jack*ss), other than that, it was very very nice.  <S> to the AH community.  Will post some nice screenshots tomorrow.
