CO volunteers for the next scenario, Philippine Phandango

Mission orders do not need to be invented from scratch in this one -- there are orders from HQ that rough things in for you.  Thus, being a CO should be less of a burden, and we hope that the CO role is accessible to a larger portion of the player base in this scenario.

Can't start looking at that until we get COs. 

Assuming though that we get COs that the CM team approves by the end of this week or next, I would think that the Beta frame could be the 24th or 31st of July with the four frames following right along afterwards.

I'll probabley be on vacation two of the weekends in August, so I'll hold off on helping to organize this one.  I'll participate when I can though.

I'd volunteer to be a CO, but without NOEs, I wouldn't know what to do. 

Jokes aside, I'm thinking about taking a P38 group this scenario but it depends on scenario dates and my own schedule.

If my workload didn't keep me busy all week I would attempt the CO position, sadly it's just to much for me to handle right now. However, like always I will attempt and fight anyone to the death for the B25 GL position.

I would enjoy that very much, especially since Fudgums is my bud, I just can't guarantee right this minute if I would have the time to commit to it, so we need someone who can say "I can & will for sure" to step up.

Regarding CO duties:

If you have some time constraints, get an XO and GL's who will help, and delegate when needed.  There is nothing wrong (and in fact many good things) about a CO assembling a good team and giving them responsibility for parts of the strategy and tactics.
