Speakers: BA7500 or DTT3500

I heard good things about both the Boston Acoustics BA7500 and the Cambridge Soundworks DTT3500.  Which one to choose?  Also, is it possible to get a converter fro the SB Live! X-Gamer?  I need a RCA-coax port, but I didn't see any no sale.  (The X-Gamer has a 1/8" digital out, looks like normal out)

I already have Klipsch's, I am looking for a 5.1 system.  The Bose stuff costs around $1000, out of my price range.  The BA7500 and DTT3500 are my semi-final choices.  I need to make a decision fast.

Aside form my Bose I like to use my Creative headphones, it is very hard to find speakers at any price that can compare to a good pair of headphones.  I would go to creative.com and check out the 2000 series, you cant go wrong with those and they are only about $60 us, as far as i know they are the best ya can get.

I got a set of Boston Acoustics - not sure what set your lookin at. If your looking at the BA system with the flat panel speakers, a friend has a set of those and they sound really good   Very nice for DVD too (AC3 decoder built into sub).

Depends on if you have a 5.1 sound card or not. If you don't your probably going to need a DTT2500 DTT3500 Midiland 8200 or Videologic DTS. IF you have a 5.1 Sound card you can use a dtt2200 or midiland 7100. I use a sb live plat 5.1 with dtt3500 the 3500's are awsome but not good enough to justify a 300 dollar price tag. there barely above the dtt2500. there biggist problem thier underpowered. keep in mind of the area you want to put sound into the bigger the area the more power you need. The DTT3500 was mroe then enough to put sound in my apartment and have the neighbors call the police on me for playing "Saving private Ryan" dvd a little to load (ok way to load). for the same price you can get the Midiland 8200 and for less you can get the others the midiland 7100 8200 videologic dts are all more powerfull and of very high quality (the videologic DTS is the only on eto do DTS and AC3 but it will set you back 600 bucks). I got my dtt3500 for 250 bucks (got a deal from creative) and to be reasonably honest there awsome I just wish they only cost 150 or 200.
