Hello, pilots of the scenario "The Final Battle".
 
The patches have arrived, and they look like this.  Thank you, Kermit, for a beautiful design.


 
If you'd like one (and I'd like very pilot in the scenario to have one), please visit this web page and fill out an order request:

If you would like to submit a voluntary donation to the patch fund, instructions on how to do so are on that page.  Donations are completely voluntary -- even if you do not donate, we'd like you to have a patch.  We want all scenario pilots to have patches for the scenarios they flew in.
 
Also, the next scenario is Philippine Phandango -- a late-war fight between the US 5th Air Force and several Navy and Marine units vs. the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force and Navy.  It will be the F4U-1A & D, P-38J & L, P-47D-25, FM-2, B-24J, and B-25C & H, against the N1K2-J, Ki-84, Ki-61, A6M5b, and Ki-67. The whole of the southern Philippine Islands is a battlefield, featuring dogfights in the sky, strategic bombing of targets on the land, and antishipping attacks and ship vs. ship battles at sea.

While that is a good attitude, donations being always welcome, it is realized that not everyone can donate for every patch run.  As such people always step up to cover more than their share.  So please, if you want any of the past patches, get them while they are available.

Indeed.

Also, we want people who flew in the scenario to have the patch.

When you can and feel like donating -- excellent, and it is most appreciated.  In the meantime, please do still request a patch.  If you flew in it, we want you to have one!

Collections go on until there is enough in the fund to purchase the patches and enough left over to mail them. So please donate if you can, but once a patch is already out and available, just go ahead and ask for one! That particular patch's budget has already been donated.

Remember the donations always go to the next patch, the ones that are already out are (to put it in easy terms) already paid for.
