its been out, ive been running it for over a month, works just fine no probs..of course i have a V5 5500 and not some Nvidia glitch monster.

Ummmm...I've been running Dx8a for over a month on a GeForce2 GTS..."Force Antialiasing" is the way to make the GF2 cards run glitch free :P
