Frame stutter with voice transmit.
« on: July 28, 2010, 04:22:11 PM »
With the latest patch my frames stutter when ever I transmit voice.

This may be related with the disco problems people have been having when they transmit.

Using a USB mic.
Try moving the mic to a different USB port that is on a different motherboard hub. If it's on the front USB connection try moving it to one on the back of the system.

After a frustrating few weeks with the game since the last patch. I placed a new sound card in on the suggestion of Chalange. I put in a Omega striker 7.1 & I went from non playable in air combat to just fine. May be an option for some one when all else fails.

No it was not. I have had faith that a patch would come along & fix it but my squaddie was always suspect with Dell PCs & there sound cards & how it all shakes out in AHII. I had this card about 10 months when my old PC was screwing up but before I could get it together DELL decided to give me a new replacement under the warranty.

So when the last patch did not fix he recommended throwing in the card that was laying about into my new PC. So far so good. :aok

This what I had prior to the new card.
