I didn't have any problems until recently, I've had my 260 for almost 2 years without any problem.

I found an air leak in my inflatable sheep and plugged the hole! Honest!

Apparently a lot of people are all of a sudden having issues with using Nvidia Cards and Windows 7 64 bit O/S.  Thank god I upgraded recently from an 9800GTX2 to an ATI 5830, as I'm having no problems.

From what I've gathered, no one has found a solution just yet (or a work around).  There is a big thread about this open HERE.  Looks like you may be suffering the same issues...

I had issues with the latest driver release from EVGA. I would minimize or maximize program windows and the entire screen would go black for several seconds and then restore. In order to fix it I had to uninstall the drivers and then go to the Nvidia folder to erase the setup files for that release. Because I couldnt find the archive for EVGA drivers I then booted into safe mode and used driver cleaner to remove all associated Nvidia drivers and reboot again before installing a previous version.

Unfortunately I cant say I have experienced what Delirium or SEseph is experiencing.

You know... Skuzzy can check our squad archives for issues that Lyric was having with his Dell XPS 9000 but I believe the entire issue was related to a power supply that was just below the threshold required by the hardware installed.

EDIT: I looked I couldnt find it.
