Wind and Waves

While with a Task Group doo you think you can make the wind affect the water making waves, because back during the "Doolittle Raid" the 16 B-25 Mitchells couldn't take off from the Aircraft Carrier's on there own, and well let this documentary called Jimmy Doolittle Japan Raid, B-25 Mitchell Bomber, 1942 explain, OK.

There is a constant headwind on the carriers, the top speed of carrier of the era was around 25 knots. When you look at your airspeed indicator it is almost at 50 while you are on the deck of the carrier.

you happen to be in luck JB, because in AH we don't have to worry about taking B-25's off the CV :)
and also as far as I know, waves only make it harder to take off and land on a CV, and like what tupac said, the speed of the ship generates a "headwind" for you.

P.S it is also already possible for you to take almost any plane off of the CV in AH, go offline and give it a shot

163's give a slight bit of trouble, and WWI's are almost too slow

I think if you go with just overall weather effects you would get the wind and possibly waves, however the waves may prove to be too difficult. Then there is the issue with the land lubbers getting seasick in the towers...   :aok :bolt:
