Since PR were unarmed with no bombs, would those skins even be allowed?

In fighters they have to be FR skins, in this plane will these unarmed versions be allowed?

Per Greebo yes he checked with the powers to be. Only certain models though.

You can skin any two stage Merlin Mossie that saw service in WW2. It can be a bomber or PR variant, with or without the bulged bomb bay. Of the profiles above, you would not be allowed to skin the PR I or PR IV variants as they are single stage aircraft, but you could skin the Mk IX, XI, XVI or 34s (that saw service in WW2).
