What's the use of having custom skins if they can be disabled by the other player so he can see your Orange Panzer? If you pick a camo panzer, that's what the enemy should see.
I vote disable, skin disabling. IMO

Many of us disable skins not for any tactical advantage, but for purely performance reasons.

No. "Disabling skins" is just disabling the display of other players skins on my own computer.

If I have checked "disable skins" and chosen a green camo skin for my panzer, my tank will still show that camo skin on your screen (unless you have checked "disable skins yourself")

1. The ability to have skins, but other people have the choice of disabling the feature.

2. The skin feature does not exist at all.
