Here's mine in a Coolermaster case.  I had to drill one hole for the exhaust fan cable and connect two others to form a slot in the upper drive bays.  The connections to the four hard drives, two optical drives and the floppy account for most of the visible wiring but there really wasn't anything more I could do with that:

I recently got a new case and upgraded watercooling setup for my main computer... I think going to great lengths to route cables is overrated, as you'll see :rofl :

Pic was taken right after I got everything in the case before I powered it up.  Cell phone cam, which is why its a bit blurry.

Trust me! It is not as easy as TD makes it look. That expertise is from years of experience.

I wish my case were as easy to route wires in as that. It leaves some space for a "pile" of unused wires behind the drive bay, but other than that affords nothing for managing the mess. :(

TD modifies the cases which is no easy task. Well maybe for him now.

...unless he took the disk rack out and die-punched it, then riveted it back together, that appears to be an unmodified case.

I don't know.  I did not build the system, only updated MB, CPU, MEM, cleaned and did the cable management.
