Squad MOTD doesnt display when logging in

so it looks like you can upload the MOTD and people can see it via O'Club if you have the rights, but it will only automatically pop up if the squad CO uploads it.

still a bug I'd say.

OK,I have a FALCON23 and a SMOTD got both to say the same thing..went to upload,waited,,waited.......nothing.but when I hit view it was there..what am I doing wrong?

ALL of em.. ew and mw too..

one thing I have not checked in awhile though, used to be you had to upload it multiple times. once for orange, once for blue, for each special events, etc.

seems its working fine in all of the mains with only 1 upload recently tho.

one more thing, perhaps. i just checked .help in game and there are some dot commands

.showsquadmotd filename

.setsquadmotd filename

and .showmotd filename

i'm not sure if i ever did any of those or not.. might be something...


also theres .sqdupload which I never saw before.

it should just say HOST: retrieving file falcon23.txt

thats it.. if u log out and back in it should pop up as far as I know.
