If I recall correctly, the standard German attack plan was, the 109's would engage the escorts and the 190's would be tasked with intercepting bombers.  As such, the 190 pilots were ordered to NOT engage allied escorting fighters.  Maybe someone will be able to clarify?  I can't remember where I read that, it's been so long.

OK 321BAR, we've got 3 squadrons taking part in the defense, and I'll see how many we can scrape up at the time with a mission, but don't expect more than 30 fighters, even with some luck on my part.

We'll be upping assorted 190's and 109's, maybe some of KN with ta-152's for levening.

I would like to request that everyone here attempt to supress the porking that usually goes on. Not much good if the best bases have FH's, ords, and drop tanks disabled.

Won't know what country we are attacking until about an
hour before we launch.  But since Nemesis is working to
provide a defense I'm leaning towards hitting Knights,
but the map will ultimately decide.

The last thing I want is a milk run.  Our pilots are
thirsty for combat!  

Depending on the circumstances and ROOK turnout,
I plan to announce the target country on 200 after
we are at combat altitude.
