I can't seem to map/bind keys with shift,ctrl or alt to the "select Control mode 1" (through 4) function. When I select one of those modes in the "Map Keys" dialog, all of the (lets call them) "modifier keys" disappear from the graphic keyboard in the dialog. Is there some trick to doing this, or are we really restricted with regard to mapping these control mode commands.
