It is.  It's the last ocple pages of the stickied RangerSounds 1.2 thread (my first pack) at the top of this forum.  Maybe I can see if Skuzzy will change the name of that thread to RangerSounds Platinum to represent it in its current form.

Thanks all for the comments.  I did rush it a little at the end, which is why I'm going to redo the Wirb/Osti sounds as well as a couple other small fixes.
This community is what makes it all worth the effort.

I copyed the m4 sherman 30 and 50 sounds to all 50 and 30 cal planes it sounds good.

Good to hear...except there isn't separate .30 & .50 sounds in the M4 folder.  Are you sure you downloaded Platinum and not 2.1 (the "old" one)?

I use the M2 and 30Cal sounds at bottom of list. Was just makeing a refence.

The engine sound to the P-47D-25 sounds like a helicopter.

Dude, you are THE man! Enjoy hearing the tank commanders telling people to start the tank up and such. Only complaint is that the incoming tank rounds landing by the tank are somewhat difficult to tell if proximity or hitting me.     

Love the wind sounds on the 109K, but may be a little too loud.

The wind sound is one of your clipboard sound sliders.  Simply turn it down.  I made the pack with all sound sliders at 80%, so you will have to adjust for personal taste.

And I'm pretty sure that's Duke Nukem breathing hard when pilot wounded too. Loved Duke. Can I change one of the hit sounds to "you alien maggots are gonna pay for shootin up my ride!"?  J/K

EDIT: Fixed!
The "You are cleared for take off" does get kinda annoying. I like the "Lets go" and stuff for the GVs though.  (I turn my engine off in the air sometimes and hearing that while I'm already in the air issss..... >.>;;;; - I mean it only does it in bombers buuuttt still )

Overall: Excellent work! (This includes the patch   )

you have to find where it was downloaded to then drag those files into your "Sounds" folder in your HiTech Creations folder.

I would recommend making your default sounds "Sounds_B" so you can divert to them if you want to go back to default.



and I have now grown attached to the "Clear for takeoff"

I grabbed a blowdryer in the AVA this week and the sound is AWESOME  .  Recommend to anyone using this pack to turn the sound on the 262 down to about 50% if you want to hear comms.  I left it up because it's just THAT cool.
