Edit: The nice thing about having Marines on the Army base was the 2 Marine chicks that were in our U.C.M.J. class.

When I coached football, I would run with the kids and take a place near the back, to motivate the slower ones. When they got tired I would shout out "BOOM Shaka-laka-laka BOOM!"  They had no idea what it meant, but it sounded cool, so they would keep going.
