Zombies is pretty good, ive played a lot of it with some friends and we have only gotten to wave 12 after multiple attempts. You only get the one map for now..(there are 3 available in private matches) but it sure is some fun.

if you break out of the restraints in the home screen and go to the computer behind you and enter DOA you get a zombie mini game and 2 achievements :aok

Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, Arma2, Aceshigh, Modern Warfare 2 all RULE Realistically I like Arma2, the guns in COD just look a little weird to me.

Plus if your a sniper with out a silencer you're in big trouble. They got this device that they can locate a person in a heart beat when someone fires off a weapon.

CoD, MoH, Arma2 AH and MW all rule realistically?  Maybe you can argue Arma2 is somewhat realistic in that it portrays combat in a more realistic fashion but those others?  I love AH but even I know this game is hardly realistic and am curious as to what you think is so realistic about CoD, MoH or MW, sure isn't the combat.

A bad developer is someone who gives no thought to the game, the game itself is good, however the fine tuning is needed. Once tuned it will be the best game out there. A bad developer is someone who rushes or halfarses a game to make a dollar and its shoddy, or gives no soul to the game to make it more enjoyable (MW2) cough"

When your parent company tells you to release the game by XX date or they'll refuse to pay the guaranteed bonuses and royalties, are you not surprised when the developer pushes out an unfinished product?  Especially as the developer you do not have any control over the IP you created?  Why do you think the founders of Infinity Ward bailed and left to make their own studio?  Activision is the one to blame, not IW.

Truthfully even after nerfing killstreaks and perks there are sooo many campers its ridiculous.....I mean I will say its OK....but its not amazing like original COD were.

The commando knifing from across the room along with Heartbeat sensors and kill streaks out the rear turned me off of the COD series. just going to stick with BF from here on out.

Right there with you, "bom bom bom, Baa-aad Company (2), and I can't deny!".  I can't wait until Battlefield 3, though, and I hope that the comedy (and ingame cursing of multiplayer characters) will continue into the future!  I just love hearing those guys shout something hilarious after getting a kill.

I played the first CoD game and the MW2 game. I personally love the original CoD, as I had most of my memories in that game.

Arma 2 is the standard for realism.  That is unless you can afford a copy of VBS ( think that's what it's called) the Arma type program used by the military.

I've loved the entire game so far. The only thing that I hate about online play that is going to probably be a game ruiner for me is the spawn system. People were complaining how bad MW2 Spawns were, but Black Ops is by far 10 times worse! 90% of a match the game spawns your team and the enemy team in the same exact spots on the map.

While we're all talking about New COD vs Old COD, I too miss the old COD (The first up until COD3). Those games were all about major battles that took place in WWII, and you played the role of an every day solider that experienced the battle first hand. It was like you were playing a game and having a history lesson at the same time! COD4 and onwards it's all made up storylines and battles that never happened (except COD:WAW). This in itself is pretty fun, but anyone who has played the COD series from game 1 will tell you they miss the older games more. I'm really hoping after Infinity Ward finishes their Modern Warfare (I actually really want to see what happens to Soap, Price, and Nikolai now), they set the pace back to the old style and have you fight histroical battles as an every day soldier. It doesn't have to be WWII again since there are many wars to choose from, but if they somehow do decide to go back to the old style then Treyarch will follow them back too (seeing how almost everything Treyarch does is do what Infinity Ward does and fine tunes the bugs out of it).

I really don't think Infinity Ward is going to be making anymore CoD games.  Activision (in my opinion) will end up taking the franchise completely out of IW's hands and give primary development duties to Treyarch and then farm out the "in between CoD" (Like how Activision had Treyarch work on the "smaller CoD" titles while IW worked on the "major CoD" titles) and then have one of their Asian studios develop the much rumored CoD MMO.  Activision is punishing IW for the little uprising last year that saw the two founders of IW and much of the senior staff that had been with IW since the beginning leave in dramatic fashion.  You'll probably see in a year or two Activision shutting down Infinity Ward.

That is your opinion. My opinion, World at War was a huge ripoff and a waste of money.

Back on topic?

+1, probably one of the worst of all the Pacific campaign 1st person shooters I have ever played.
