account locked grrr!

replacement credit card arrived today, logged in to change the card details and ... I cant because the account is locked. fair enough locking access to the online game, but the account details? :headscratch:

have sent an email as well but thought I'd try here as well.

please unlock my account asap so I can give you money ...
