Adjusting Graphic Settings

While in a GV being shot at, I was in the process of readjusting settings and was killed.  This crashed the game for me, am currently trying a reinstall.

Reinstalled the game, it works now.  The screen of death I was getting reminded me of a RGB fail on my old PCjr.  Lots of little dots in only those three colors.  Was a bit wierd.
