1, Why is it I'm so easy to kill and there so hard to shoot down? I've been on someones six emptied mags into an enemy plane at 500-600K and I know I can't be missing them but no Victory.

I'd highly suggest that D500-D600 is way too far away to get good hits to take a plane down. The vast majority of time I can actually get a hit it is usually in the D200-D350 range. It seems very close, but any farther and the aircraft's guns tend to spread out too much to do damage. Usually if I try to estimate distance "by feel" I wait until the wingspan of the enemy aircraft is almost as wide as my crosshair circle ( + ) and that's usually a great time to fire, though, because of moving, lining the aircraft up DIRECTLY with the crosshairs almost never consitutes a hit.
2, Why is it that when I engage another plane there flying circles around me and I'm stuck in ultra slow motion? When I see another plane, we turn into each other and he past me either right or left side, I try to do a 180 but it seems to take forever as he or maybe she turns on a dime and takes me out with what seems like less that 5 rounds.
There's a LOT of reasons for this. I don't know how much you know about Air Combat, but a small bit of learning ACM (Advanced Combat Maneuvering) is a huge asset. There's a lot of good info here :
http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/I will say this though... sometimes what "feels" right is exactly WRONG, and it really is important to try to learn what you can about where you may have made a mistake in each fight, and sometimes that means either visiting the training arena, dueling arena, or sometimes even asking the guy who shot you down how they did it.
One word of advice... almost NEVER turn "flat", meaning never put your place 90 degrees to the horizon and pull back. That's one of the easiest types of turns to counteract. There ARE planes you can do that in, but not many, and even in those planes there are better ways to do it.
3, Does the enemy have any ships? I never see any enemy aircraft carriers.
