Well for my part, it's just a place to exchange jabs, idea and insults... you're right.
As far as insults and arguments, heck I'm just excercising my brain and fingers... not serious about it.

guys like RPM, and MT.  I disagree with those guys a lot but "like" each of them.

I used to argue over there with Storch and Curval a lot but wouldn't hesitate a moment to break bread with either.. heck I'd enjoy it. It was just excercise.    My point is, just about all the peeps over there are decent folk who like to take the piss now and then.


I can say the same thing about Roy.  I don't agree with some of the things he's done but I still like the guy....have spoken to him on the phone a time or two and he was always reasonable and decent. I still remain disappointed that he didnt find my digested ginger snap deposit to be disgustingly amusing.

Actually I was the guy taking others "cornbread" or "canteen" as it was called back then, had quite a blast too, as messed up as that sounds, I was definatly not a nice person back then....thankfully my kids saved me from that. Got out in 91 never went back.....not bad considering 70%plus go back within a year.

The racist talk really bothered me.  I didn't realize my youngest son was only 3/5thd human.  The use of such offensive terms as if they mean nothing, really angered me.  I'd liked to have thought we might have grown up a bit.  Apparently not.
