How does one change terrain in offline mode?

I am trying to run an offline mission, Yamamotto (sp)  I have the needed terrain saved but I  do not know how to load it.  I look under options/environment but "change terrain" is greyed out.

I am using the most recent version of AH.

You do it when you start AH. Double-click Icon. Click Choose Terrain. Then after you've selected a terrain when you click Offline Practice you'll be on that map.
