Recruiting for new squadron
« on: January 23, 2001, 11:24:00 PM »
I am CO of the VMF-222, for the KNIGHTS. I am looking for a few folks to join up in my squad the "Flyin Deuces". I am a moderate player and look forward to having any skill level of player to join. The "Flyin' Deuces" were a WWII VMF squadron. I am working on a webpage and hope to have it up soon. It will contain historical info. of the real "Flyin Deuces" including stats, personnel, and time in service. I plan to have a ranking system based on the Marine rank structure of WWII.

Promotions will not be left to me or other high ranking officials, but based on performance in the theatre. I will set the guidelines for the promotion board and anyone that joins up, before a standard is decided on or the web page is up, may add their input. I am a Marine no longer in active or IRR services so I will be fair as any Marine CO should. I will be dependant on my junior grade officers to pull their weight as I will always be fair and just. I will not ask anyone to do anything that I have not or am willing to do myself. I hope to see some candidates for the "Flyin' Deuces" soon so e-mail me your applications and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey Jebo44, good luck on your new squad. When you get organized, look up Mag33. We are a compilation of VMF 111, VMF 115 and VMF 323, with the Knights of course.
