Guess I'll be a gent and remove Grizz's paranoia quote. :aok

Meh, should have kept it up since it was completely valid, but I'll pass on a vacation this time.

Grizz,

Answer me this. Do you feel that the best man on the night won ToC 2010?

So Grizz, answer me this. Do you feel that the best man on the night won ToC 2010?

Yes.  However I'm also sure that any squad which saturated ToC with invites in "less than honorable ways" would have also had one of its members win.  It just ain't right, you guys know it, CM's know it, community knows it.  It shouldn't have taken a 13 page thread for you guys to turn off your ventrilo during TOC, which should have been off the entire year.

Seems to me like you got this all figured out.

If Spek doesn't post his films, how can we be sure it was him?  EDIT:  :D

I'm sure filming correctly was the last thing on his mind fighting TC. You don't have time to think up there. If you think, you're dead.

As previously mentioned, posting films in the final rounds needs to be done by the winner of the round.  It's another form of validation.  The films can be watched from take-off for any rules violations.  I was going to have the review committee comment on this (minus TC of course) but both Kilz and TnDep's PM's bounced back to me this morning.

That said TC PM'd his films of the fights to me.  I watched them for merge alts and speeds.  I also watched them from both pilots point of view using recorded views both internal and external.  While I had a hard time understanding what DrSpek was looking at half the time, I saw nothing that would invalidate the results posted, however this rule may be enforced more vigerously in the future and will be for the finals.

As a side note, since the turnout for this tournament nearly filled the 64 man roster I've decided to continue this as a Tri-Annual event so sign-ups for the next tourney will begin around mid-May.

So congratulations to Krup and Spek.  Here's your final match-up.  May the best man win and don't forget to film from take-off.

I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

Hey BE, thats because when you watch TC's film from Spek's plane you still get TC's recorded views.

Winners must post films if possible also for another reason! So us losers can work out how to be better next time :)

Can't wait to see the result, two great candidates.

Films not "working" after such a big deal was made to get Spek to post them from the last fight. Pervert, it should have been fresh on his mind and how do you film "properly"?  You hit alt-r and that's it. I'm sorry but something ain't smellin' right.

Edit: In a tourney full of rules, they should all be followed. A rematch should be scheduled.
