Funny I read the above and saw this....

That brings us to the final rule relevant to this decision:

Therefore DrSpek will be ejected from the tournament, his win stripped and Krupinski will be crowned champion with an asterisk if the two are not willing to re-fight the duels.

I really don't believe this is how anyone wants to see this end.  I personally think the most honorable thing to do would be to re-fight the duels but that's now up to the two of you.  I give you until noon CDT next Sunday to re-fight the duels before I make this official
.  It's up to you.

So my guess is it is still up in the air until the dead line BE has set. So basically Spek has a week to either go for it (with film) or consed the win to Krup.

but did the coyote ever catch the roadrunner?

The End!  :D Baaaaaahhhh

Says you have till next Sunday but mandates you record the duels. That goes for both contestants. But that's how I read it anyway.

I'm still willing to pay the shipping for the bigger hard drive someone offered Spek if that would get his film problem fixed.

spek already has a data drive, will the game work if he moves the directory to the non boot drive?  (win 7)

Do you mean just the films folder? or the complete game folder? if moving the whole game file i think you would just change the target path in the aceshigh properties the way it is now its C:\Hitech Creations\Aceshigh\aceshigh.exe, im assuming renaming the target path to the slave drive would redirect it to that drive, then when you clicked the icon, the game would run from that slave drive,  (slave drive letter):\Hitech Creations\Aceshigh\aceshigh.exe, but i dont think you can just break up a single folder onto the other drive, can he install the entire game onto the other drive?

That will work. Easiest way is to move his settings, skins, terrain, sights, and film folders to a backup directory in the data drive. Uninstall the game from the boot drive. Install the game to the data drive and copy his saved folders to the new installation.
