Difficulty mapping RPM
« on: February 11, 2011, 10:31:23 PM »
G'day guys,

I've been away for a while and I can't seem to be able to change my RPM anymore. I have an X52 and I used to have the RPM mapped to the analogue slider on the throttle... but when I set that to RPM 1 but it doesn't work.

Even the '-' and '+' keys don't seem to work.

I'm sure I'm just doing something silly.... doesn't anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Cheers

Sorry if this seems too obvious, but did you calibrate that slider axis after mapping it? After you map an analog function to your controller, the keyboard is disabled for that command.

Rolex, you're a legend.

I'd forgotten to calibrate it, so it wasn't working.

Thanks for that.  :aok
