achievement of worst aesthetics goes to Fiat LOL

(Image removed from quote.)
Yes The  Fiat Multipla is the worst Looking car ever, but it have 6 Seats one of the Best Secure systems lot of space full extras and its the 1st Bivalent car that runs with CNG and Gasoline (CNG cost 1liter 95 €cent,Gasoline 1,50 €)
I drove once one and it drives good and Easy to Park cause of the High seat position.
But in Europe its the Worst looking car ever

The worst Car in quality and was more in Garage for Repair than on road was my Neighbours Pontiac Trans Sport
At last I saw My Neigbour cry beside the car he screamed that he paid this car for gold by so many repairs.
His Happyest day was when the Car wraker towed away the car.

My 99 Pontiac Grand Am has 192k on it and the car is falling apart around it too.

Here is the short list: Evaporator, Front Hub Bearings, RF Caliper, Shifter Knob, Oil
Pan Gasket, Alignment, Washer Fluid Reservoir, Both O2 Sensors Struts, and
Strut Mounts

Its been rear-ended twice to the tune of 1,100 odd dollars a pop yet the only
damage was a cracked bumper around the plate area. In the 100k that I have
owned it the oils been changed, new calipers, new wheel cylinders, and the plastic
part of the coil pack assembly replaced.

Gotta take care of the oil and they will last for a long time, that and I dont rev mine
hard or really beat on it.

don't start on the oil....we'll have an influx of people telling us all why we don't need to change it at all........

tassos......those pictures you posted...the first one.......i can't imagine getting into that mess every morning to drive to work. it looks like they were given an empty interior, tossed some stuff in, then tossed the entire car in the dryer, with some glue.....and where stuff stuck, is where they left it.

ok...this is kgb's answer. it's kinda long. did i miss anything?

gasoline is a naturally cold liquid. the reason for this, i admit that i don't know, but i know it stays cold. it evaporates rather easily, and quickly. this also caused motorists to waste considerable money, as it was literally evaporating out of their cars.

There is no such thing as "naturally cold" liquid.

There is no such thing as "naturally cold" liquid.

i may have used the wrong terminology.

as a liquid, it is always cold. on a 90 degree day, stick your hand in a bucket of it, and it'll be cold.

like i said......i do not know why it is, and am fairly sure that there's someone here that can tell me why it is.

some of us here can admit when we're wrong, or don't know something.....  :aok

Well there's one misconception shattered.  Next thing that's going to happen is somebody is going to admit to asking for directions or worse.. READING THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL.

Alcohol (the fuel) is always cold, even when it's 100 degrees outside.  I've always wondered why

a bucket of petrol will be colder than a bucket of cooking oil because its more volatile, so loses more heat through evaporation ... discuss :D

It feels cold due to how quick it dissipates thermal energy.  Take a bottle of rubbing alcohol and hold it still in your hand.  After a few seconds it will feel the same temperature as your hand.  Now shake the bottle and it will feel cooler.

When it was still it absorbed the thermal energy from your hand until the local area was the same temperature as your hand.  When you shake it, it moves the heated alcohol away from your hand and absorbs more thermal energy faster than your body can generate the heat.

Dipping your hand in it and pulling it out will cause very quick thermal dissipation through evaporation, making it feel cold.

There is a name for the phenomenon, but it eludes me at the moment.
