im trying to set an avatar-->its a plane, guess which one , and it wont let me upload the file. it says its too big/not an avatar, ive tried reducing the image size down to 250x250, then down to 150x150, saving it as a JPEG... nothing works.  wat am i doing wrong?

nowhere on the page did i see anything like "image must be 80x80"...
