Yanked stick and went upside down

Was somewhat surprise since I was in an f6. Should I have not yanked. Didn't seem that hard. Should I hit a little rudder as I pull. Just seemed to easy to lose control. Sorry no film. I wasn't going real fast, maybe 150 ias. Might have been less. Had control until that point.

snap roll.

People such as kermit can do it at will and control the snap to aid overshoots.  Done properly you can make poorer rolling aircraft change direction much faster.

Try the same in a spit-16, you'll find it has some -very- interesting/awkward
snap-roll characteristics with 25% fuel loaded. I recommend the TA for trying
this. Can be a ton of fun to mess around with.

No harm as long as you understand why you ended up as you did.  If you don’t really understand why that happened.   There is a ton of information online about Stalls , Angle of Attack (AOA)  Relative Wind and Accelerated Stalls.
