It seems that everytime  I want to log in..I need to click the "run as administator" ???? Please help!

As usual it sounds like I'll be waiting for a patch or two before DLing but it looks like there's going to be a little something for everyone in this update.

Spoke with HiTech himself a few minutes ago and they are working very diligently on fixing things. Apologies to Dale and the community for my previous post made in haste. Some of us tend to get easily bent out of shape in an instant when for whatever reason, can't log on to get our fix be it a problem on their end or ours as users. We players sometimes forget all the hard work and efforts made by the men and women of HiTech Creations who bring us our favorite game/addiction. Salute to them for their contributions and for us players, patients, patients, patients. The issues will be resolved in due time.

kovel, when you right click the executable...go to properties then under the compatibility tab there is a checkbox for "run as administrator"...that makes it permanent.

I dl'd it, fiddled with my administrator privileges, and it worked okay for me.  Didn't even lose my stick settings.

FYI

99 times out of a hundred when I am dl'ing a new patch or update I copy and paste my stick settings to my desktop just in case.

I was unable to run it "as is" nor "as administrator".  I also was getting a message window
saying something like "aces1234.tmp unable to initialize" or somesuch.
  I backed up my settings folder and did a complete reinstall of it; starting
from basically scratch. Wish me luck. :)

For those of you trying the admin thing, instead rename your ahlogo file.
