Hitech in a tank
« on: May 19, 2011, 10:02:22 AM »
I don't know how you guys feel about it, but the surprise in having your GV blown away and the message 'Hitech killed you' is priceless. For 2 reasons, one being to have the CEO of a company involved in the down to earth ultimate hands on I think shows how he feels about his product and his subscribers. Number two being the return and hunt in the 'kill the CEO' revenge is a hoot on any level.

Now I don't think Hitech would get a GV with any 'special' capability, but, ahem.  I was firing at his tiger from about 1.2k out while parked beside a bridge.  Most shots pinged him, BUT about 1 in 3 left my turret, did a 90 degree right turn and exploded on the bridge concrete. Not a richochet.  So I did ask Hitech on 200 what kind of warping capability he employed.  My answer was a pop-up box stating that profanity could take away chat privilege. That provided me more chuckles than anything else.  He was game enough to come back in M4s for us to kill him a few times. So thumbs up Hitech  :aok and  :salute .
Hope to see you on the field often.

One of my all time favorite kills was years ago, back in AH1 when I came across my good friend Mathman having a 1v1 with someone, I waited till he was just about saddled up and swooped in and stole the kill, turns out the F4U he was fighting was HiTech.  Mathman gave me hell for years after that.  :D

Some years back...........after suffering a rough night of my own making I logged on to Aces High.

I was in a furball near a port when I noticed something that looked like a PT Boat flying like a
Spitfire and shooting down cons.  I said to myself "Self, last night was meaner then you thought."
So....I shrugged it off momentarily....cause of a hangover.

It wasn't....it was HiTech himself in a flying PT boat ......I felt better.

Wonder if Good Ole' HT remembers that one?  :D

Everyone was laughing so hard they couldn't fly or shoot!
