its when you cut off the triggers from a bunch of guns, and tie them all together.  :D

im taking a shot in the dark with this guess,

but, maybe it means when you combine all the firing functions of the guns into one trigger instead of each gun haveing there own seperate trigger?

similer in our planes, how if you pull the trigger on the joystick, it fires all the guns in the plane(trigger stacking)

but if you push n(i think?) it only fires certain guns.

idk, that was just my guess.  :uhoh

I found this same page seconds before that post.

This one line should help.
Quote
A stacking trigger is one that starts the DA trigger pull rather easily, but increases in resistance until the sear releases. Older Colts have stacking triggers.

I know nothing about firearms except what the wounds look like after they are fired but I assume DA is for double action. I don't know what that means but I found those 2 words together on another page.

You know revolvers that have the hammer at the back of the gun that the cowboys have to cock before firing?  When you pull the trigger, you release that hammer to fall down onto the firing pin making the gun go boom!  Double action means the action of pulling the trigger both cock$ (bowling balls ) the gun and fires in with a pull of the trigger.

If I'm following you correctly, are you talking about this?   When you take the trigger part of the way through the pull.   Because on a double action trigger, the double action will take a longer and heavier pull than single action.    If I'm not following this correctly, I haven't a clue of what you mean.

But if it is, it is not a good habit.

Okay. When you have a baby, I'll not congratulate you. Instead, I will shun you
for bringing that here, and shun everybody else for congratulating you, because
