Thought at first this was a bug, but then decided it was probably intended to be this way. Your in the gunner's position in a wirbel, then go to the drivers position; now when you jump back into the gunner's spot you are have to wait for the turret to swing around and catch up with you.
I wish when you moved from driver to gunner's position you just went back to where you were before.
