true events, i lost a friend <he was alaskan native-eskimo> he got bumped by a intoxicated caucasian<purposely bumped., did he go jail for a long time? no 8 months ONLY!!!!!!!!. 2nd event- alaskan native eskimo women crashes car while intoxicated n caucasian dude dies who willingly followed, she got 8 yrs!!!.
i lost a brother to dwi, lost another to suicide while intoxicated. alcohol has to stop! outlaw it legalize marijuana, do ppl get all inebrated from smokin it? well a little but not to the point where they cant knowing know what the hell they are doing.

once again condolences to the ppl and relatives who knew ryan dunn and the passenger.

And on a side note, I too would much rather see booze outlawed and weed legal instead. But smoking and driving don't mix either. The best bet, at least for me is, if your going to alter your brain, do it in the relative safety of your home. :salute

Tried banning booze, lots of people killed due to mob violence and it didn't really stop people from using it. Banning doesn't work, fierce punishment will. Take a life while intoxicated and you should see the inside of a gray cell for decades. Do it in a death penalty state... you get the picture.

Although I was a fan of that show/movie, I don't feel sorry for Ryan himself. He decided to drive while drunk and not only did he die, someone else died because of his decision to do to. However, for their friends and family, I do feel sorry for.

his passenger knew he was drunk im sure, so its just as much his fault for goin with Ryan as it is Ryans fault for driving.


any word on the pasengers name? was at my girlfriends and they said it...thought i heard Dunn as the last name, if so, brother or step brother possibly?

It was a less well known member of the Jack#ss crew, I think he was only in #2

People have no sense of humor anymore.  I got a rule 12 a while ago because of a pun on the Chinese leaders name.  It's sad the he took someone with him but at least it was a person that decided to ride with him and not a innocent bystander.
