I just noticed, i forgot to post some of the pics from the air show...
The Main attractions were Panchito and Quick Silver and us
It was more of a fly in type air show. People came and went. Panchito was doing crew training flights as well as giving rides so it was constantly coming in going which was cool. A formation of two Beech T-34's and a Nanchang (or whatever they are called) flew over and then landed. There were two T-6's, a Sterman, a 1957 Bell 47, a J-3, our L-21B and some private aircraft that i didnt recognize.
Im so mad with this shot (before we left)... for some reason my camera randomly took photos in 640x400 res, so some really good photos ended up being too small...
I was driving the space shuttle around all day lol
beautiful King air
one of two t-6's
Bell 47
Panchito (never was able to go up to it close, was always driving while it was on the ground, then ran out of time b4 we left)
Quick Silver (this is the best looking P-51 i have ever seen!)
Panchito and Quick Silver
i got video of Quick silver's startup and takeoff and flyby along with video of Panchito departing multiple times.
