This is my skin of a Pz Abt 501 King Tiger, as it was used in the Battle of the Bulge. This vehicle was painted in the fairly rare ambush scheme, an experiment in camouflage that lasted only about a month on the production lines. Tank 008 was part of the command platoon and was probably the mount of the 501's second in command SS-Untersturmfuhrer Eduard Kalinowsky.
