Charged for 262 I did not crash/ditch

Last night 8/18 I was flying a few 262 sorties.I had about 350perks and 262's were around 130perks.I make 2 flights both of which I land safely , then I take a couple hour brake come back fly another sortie and when I land I notice that I have 180 perks. The only unusual thing that happened all night was a CTD that I was able to reopen without crashing the plane and land it safely. What gives?

Is not a CTD a crash to desktop? If so then you sure did crash.

let me rephrase , by CTD I mean the game auto minimized ...I simply clicked in the taskbar to reopen AH and continued the sortie

Completely unrelated event , I got shot down by Temp on  8/21 I believe ...the original issue took place a few days ago.

Well...you lost the full value of an Me262 in perks (according to your math). The only way to do that is Crashing, getting shot down or Discoing from the game.

You've got one recorded death in a 262 and no discos recorded for fighters so if the kill death ain't it, then you must have crashed one 262 or you could in error about having 350 perks to start with.

Blooz , I did not get shot down or crash a 262 on the night that i lost the perks. I know how many perks I had when I decided to start upping Duce's. I was hoping for a little insight from a HTC employee , but that doesnt look to be in the cards here so im over it. My thought is that when the game minimized itself that the game registered a crash if that is even possible and would be a bug.

you can feel free to think that I either cannot do 1st grade Mathematics,have Alzhiemer's or am trolling.  :cheers:

This wouldnt be the 1st time that something random happned to my account that HTC had no explanation for either.

I'm just trying to come up with an answer because in ten years of playing I've never lost one single perk point without knowing what I did. They just don't disappear. If they did you'd see hundreds of threads here complaining about it. You did something to lose them. What was it?

You played, went away for a couple hours, came back and they were gone. Sounds like half a story to me. I'm just curious is all.

Did you make a conscious effort to see if the two times you landed really were "lands?"  Did you land kills?  Did you see your name in the lights?  There are various runway bugs on maps where you can get a ditch on concrete.  This could have happened and you simply did not notice the ditch message.
