49er/Raider Preseason BANNED

I'm sure people have heard about it (although I did not see any topics about it) but just in case. On this last Saturday, long time rivals SF 49ers and Oakland Raider played on Candlestick park for their preseason game that week. The 49ers won 17-3. After the game, a Raider fan that had shirt that said "F- The 49ers" and he end up getting shot with someone else. Both lived but the Hater is, to my understanding still in critical condition. The suspect is still at large but I just read that the Preseaon game between these two will be banned for couple of years.

They should catch the person responsible for this and prosecute to the fullest extent.  Of course in Cali that likely means he will be free in 20 days or so.

Not to go political, but CA is not nearly that lenient.  They do have a serious crowding problems in the prisons which as I recall caused them to do early releases for at least some non-violent offenders.

It is time to end the Tailgate parties before the game. When the game starts all the drunks go in and start fights and make
the game less enjoyable for everyone around them.

Since Beer is always one of the major sponsors for the NFL, it not very likely any stadiums will end the Tailgate madness soon.
Have you ever tried to park near the tailgaters? They take up several parking spaces when they only paid for one spot.
Most of the Tailgaters just go BBQ, have some fun before the game and enjoy the atmosphere. It is the drunk minority that
makes it difficult for everyone else.

Exactly! One time a a Sharks game, I bumped into a Canuk's fan, and he told me to watch it or else. Must have been the most evil Canadian in history.
