well i just watched the three hour mini series and its restarting now... if you missed it the first time i would DEFFINATELY watch it now. it even brought a few tears to my ears in some parts. It especially shows the very symbolic meanings of the new buildings and shows what all is being done to the entire site and all of those involved.

Sad thing that the first responders aren't allowed to attend the 10th aniversary ceremony. Very bad thing to do..I'll gladly give my life for you only not to be invited to the ceremony and pay my respects later.........WTF   :o
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

i was reading on wiki about them all and what i found most interesting was a fact about Two World Trade (The diamond roof). On September 11, the building will not cast a shadow over the memorial.

I have been to the site when it was still a hole in the ground and we were trying to help the contractors figure out the best way to pump concrete into it to shore it up so they could continue recovery/demolition. I have been back a few times since then as the buildings moved upward and have spent a lot of time working on pipeline designs for the special 18k PSI concrete that they are using in it. Its been a great thing to say that I have helped in some small way to get this site back to a memorial and usable again.

Understandable but I try to keep up with this topic as my uncle was there and if his train wasnt late he would have been in one of the towers... :(
