chipr,

FYI, HiTech has in the past stated that there wouldn't be a larger bomb than the 4,000lb 'cookie'.

If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

I almost never say never, an exception to that is an atomic bomb.
We have said before that we'll never do an atomic bomb.

If you need an explanation as to why giving players in a multiplayer online PVP game a nuclear device is a bad idea, I fear no amount of explanation will be sufficient to get the point across to you.

It has been discussed a million times. Every time we agreed that it was a bad idea.
Plus HTC already said "no", twice.

1st off if it's dropped into a furball we're going to have about 30 blind pilots.

Pros of having a nuke...

1) Would get instantly 30+ kills from the blast radius
2) Base would glow in the dark

Cons of having a nuke...

1) Insta-whine on 200
2) Crabby would have more than enough perks to constantly drop on you with it
3) Crabby would abuse the nuke
4) Crabby would kill all furballs with nuke
5) Crabby would get banned thx to the nuke (for most people this would go under "pro nuke)  :x :x :x

if you had the capacity to fully understand why not, you would never have come up with such a preposterous notion...something only a squeaker with no regard for the other 400+ players would even consider. this is not command and conquer, or some shoot-em up bang bang kill the zombies first person shooter.
