I am looking for a squad that will train you in ACM, but so many times after you join, you just become mission "fodder" and no real training happens.. My first squad I joined was the 2A's, after a really cool airshow style routine ala Blue Angels in the TA.

as of 12/22/11... the 20th will be throwing in the towel. a select few of us will be withholding the 20th Loco Busters name in game. hopefully down the road we'll be able to bring the squad back to what it was. The reason we are doing this is because basically there's no one left who flies with us or is active enough to keep going... <S> everyone and it's been fun

Well Bar, you came you saw, you grew, you got smaller, you begged for the M-18 and got it, and then you became an Armored Division.  It's not been all bad

As with any squad, they come and go.  As long as a few of you are still carrying the torch, the 20th isn't gone.  It's never about numbers btw

Pretty standard to gut a squad after a tour of duty. CO moves on, XO might get command, a third to half of everyone is moves elsewhere. Once its restaffed they spend 6 months or so learning how to fly together, then fight. Then they are off to meet the enemy. After combat, lather, rinse, repeat.

It happens in real life. Makes sense it would happen in here. Its human nature.
