Eventually...but right now you can't just upload and use your custom map...soon...but not now.

i thought i saw skuzzy say somewhere that it was possible to do now...

well ratpoop, the op will just have to submit his terrain like everyone else until it's possible to upload on demand.

I'm pretty sure it will require a game update. So, until you see a patch come out...
