Nasa and satellite recycling

Budget cuts really hurt them badly.  :(

Nasa is the least wasteful entity sponsored by the U.S. Government.

I've been spending a lot of time at Kennedy Space center and nothing is wasted there.

The government should apply Nasa's thriftiness to the rest of thier benefactors and budget shortcomings would become surplus.
