Card is is in perfect condition and has never given me any trouble but have upgraded to a GTX560Ti. The 260 is the factory overclocked SSC model at 675 MHz (I think the reference card was 576 MHz). You can also OC more with EVGA Precision software although I leave it at stock. Scores 17,869 in 3DMark06 (anti-ailiasing off) The card has EVGA's lifetime warranty. It's equipped with the optional metal EVGA backplate for improved cooling (and looks) which cost me an extra $20.
