Besides, HiTech doesn't do any of the coading himself. Infact, either he is, or he pretends to be, rather ignorant concerning how our aircraft and vehicles are coaded.

HiTech is one of the two programmers for Hitech Creations.  He doesn't do the flight models, those are done by Pyro as I understand it.  HiTech and Sudz are the two who write the program.
