You can try these methods-

Otherwise I do have a starling distress call recording- http://www.4shared.com/audio/QDjM3B1U/Starling_distress.html

Welcome to the world of invasive species.  For the most part, they're here to stay and control of them isn't easy.

thanks dood!! i'll try that before doing anything to harm them....if it doesn't work, then i go for the harming methods.....

Take a long piece of PVC and see if you can poke the nests down with it soon as they start building.

Maybe try one of them ultrasonic things you plug into the wall. If it dont work, try this....

just get a few toy snakes ....  Not sure if you have a snake problem where you are or not so put them where the birds will see them but not your customers...or you after a late night where you forget you have planted them around....

i got an old bb gun at home....but i can see me making more damage than anything. i do have a paintball gun. what's the legality of me getting pepperballs for it? they'd prolly work.......

Pepper doesn't bother birds. You can buy powdered capsicum pepper to mix into bird seed to keep squirrels away. The pepper doesn't bother the birds.

pour vinegar wherever you see them go. or wherever the nest is. also try spraying the nest with weed killer and an engine cleaner mixed.
vinegar should hurt their lungs when they breath it in. if it doesnt the weed killer and engine cleaner will start opening flesh wounds and infecting them. I've gotten rid of 3 nests by doing that.

I'm not sure if this is even an option by pour gasoline where they preside and cover the exits pretty good. gas fumes work wonders, especcialy on hornet nests. be carefull to make sure if its in an open area not to have any sparks or anything that could potencially start a fire.

Back in NC when birds are a problem the 20 gauge is usualy my first choice, but since your probably in an urban area its not. try picking up a 30$ co2 pistol from walmart or somthing and wait on em to fly in
